The latest home bought by actor Matthew Perry hits the market. According to Mansion Global, this mid-century residence nestled in the Hollywood Hills was sold on Thursday at a price of 5.2 million dollars (4.7 million euros). The actor, best known for his role as Chandler Bing in friendsbought the 1957-built property in May 2023 for $5 million in an off-market transaction, months before his death in October at age 54.
The one-story structure contains about 260 square meters, with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The back of the house, lined with glass walls, wraps around a patio and pool. At the front, a vintage-inspired privacy screen adds some charm to the clean, all-white facade.
