After 3 years of existence and already more than 80 candidate projects, the Circular Building Trophies return in 2024 for a new edition..
If the transformation of practices is already taking place among project owners, now is the time for the massing of reused materials. For this fourth season, the Reuse Booster, with the support of Construction21, wishes to highlight large-scale reuse projects and, above all, reproducible in “classic” real estate. Circular design, beyond reuse, will also be emphasized, to promote new models of consumption and use of buildings.
To participate, simply publish a case study of a Building, Infrastructure or Neighborhood according to the relevant type of operation on Construction21 France (regardless of the location of the project).
Applications are open until July 5th!

What evaluation criteria?
* For the categories Private, Public, Infrastructure and External developments, projects will be evaluated according to 3 main axes:
- Reuse: The project and its presentations take into account the “extending the life of materials” component of the circular economy (selective deconstruction, reuse/reuse) and made it possible to obtain a high environmental impact (water consumption, production waste, CO2 emissions avoided). ).
- Reproducibility: The project and its presentations are reproducible (on the scale of the territory, on a similar operation) or even generalizable (on the scale of all operations), this project opens the way to new trends, new ways of building/renovating, efforts have been made to share this experience to advance the profession.
- New Practices and Innovation: One of the elements of the project (solution, general approach, combination of solutions, method, etc.) is new compared to the state of the market, the implementation of this element represents a risk, the project allowed. a major breakthrough.
